Indy 500 - Qualifying Races
Went to the Indy 500 Qualifying Races this weekend. Saw some great scenes, lots of fast moments, and a supercharged crowd. It was very energetic and an incredible time. I will very much look forward to coming back for the Indy 500 proper (might not be this year unfortunately). 

Shot with my new Canon EOS 5DSR. The 50MP sensor is great for distance and detail, and having a shutter up to 1/8000 was very helpful for some of these vehicles -- they fly by at ridiculous speeds.

Because of where I was at in the grandstands, most of these images are shot with the Sigma 150-600mm DG HS OSM Contemporary. There are a few shot on the Canon 50mm f/1.8 prime. ​​​​​​​
